- Product Code / Size / Colour / Qty / Price 3. Once we received your order, we will check the availability of the stocks and email you a PO with postage amount and payment information.

Kindly please make payment within 3 days after the order confirm, so we can make a reservation for you. We seek your understanding in the limitations of stock, therefore we will base on first come first serve basis. Top Delivery Mode All items will be nicely packed and deliver to you thru Malaysia Post Laju.
We will advice on the fees & time upon receiving the order. Please grant us 1- 3 weeks to deliver the items to you. We seek for your understanding as products are imported from overseas. We will try our best to close the gap. Kozal will not be responsible for any lost mail using Normal mailing via Malaysia Post Laju.
All available stock will be delivered immediately after your payment made.
All items will be inspected before delivering to you, as the pictures are provided by our supplier, actual colors and design may vary from the picture due to lighting conditions.
The clothings are not made machanically, but manually by factory workers therefore differences in the measurements are sometimes expected
Exchange & Refund
1. Goods sold are non-refundable.
2. A full refund will be made for items that are out of stock.
3. A full refund will be made for pre-order items if the factory has no stocks available.
4. Buyers will have to bear for the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.
5. As we have many different suppliers, Kozal will not be responsible for any decoloration and shrinkage of products
